BIOGRAPHY

Boo Irwin was born in 1978 and has been writing ever since she was a teenager. Her first novel 'Night Killers' was a strange gothic vampire catastrophe which she sent out to various publishers and agents enthusiastically. After receiving some (perhaps charitable) words of encouragement Boo threw herself in writing but only managed to find her real voice as a young adult writer a few years ago.

Boo works part-time in a Solicitors' office and can be found in Starbucks tapping away on her netbook every morning.

She lives in Greater Manchester with her neurotic dog Rex (an elderly gentleman with a grey beard) and her sister's equally neurotic puppy Darcy.
